Obituary for November 28, 2007 - Mary Lou Corniel Mary Lou Corniel, 64, of Galt died Nov. 22 in a local hospital. She was born Mary Lou Marujo on March 30, 1943 in New Bedford, Ma. She lived in Fremont for 43 years before moving to Galt in 1998. She was a legal secretary and enjoyed RVing. Surviving are her husband, Daniel Corniel, Jr.; sons, Danny Corniel and Mike Corniel; daughter, Sandie Lopez; three granddaughters and one grandson. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 3 at St. Christopher’s Catholic Church. No viewing is planned. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation or charity of your choice.
