Bark Park Grand Opening
Monterey Park to open with celebration on Saturday

Galt’s first-ever Bark Park will open this Saturday with a giant celebration of all that is good in a park and in our canine family members. Bring the whole family for a day of dog-gone good fun.
- Bring the entire family to the grand opening of Galt’s newest park, Monterey Park, on Saturday, and we mean the entire family because not only is Monterey Park the perfect place for the whole family to play, it’s also Galt’s first ever Bark Park, open for Fido, Rover, Spot, or your favorite canine companion.
Reward your four-legged best buddy with a trip to the Bark Park designed especially for him/her. Festivities begin at 10 a.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony and dedication, and from there it’s a whole day of fun, family-friendly, puppy oriented, kid friendly activities.
The park is located at the corner of Lake Park Avenue and Monterey Bay Court, just off Carillion Avenue near Twin Cities Road, and with just over three acres of space for man and his best friend to run free, play basketball, play in the sand, swing on a swing, or rest their feet in the cool grass, Galt’s latest park opening is sure to be one of the greatest.
